Eurovision 2010 Song Contest entry Sweet People was shot on the site of the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster.

Ukrainian singer Aloysha says:  "We tend to play down the tragedies that take place far from our homes. The disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant is one of the darkest pages in history, but there are 'chernobyls' waiting to happen and calling for urgent action on the global level in many other nations worldwide. We turned to the emotive images of Chernobyl in our video because they are a very powerful reminder of what negligence, irresponsibility and inaction of 'sweet people' can lead to."
